We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your shipment if you have problems or questions.


Shipping


Our quality products are shipped by UPS for reliability and assurance that you will receive your product as soon as possible. Orders are shipped on weekdays, usually within 3-5 business days of receipt of payment.


Shipping charges are dependent upon the total weight of your order plus a handling fee. A total shipping cost will be shown when you view your shopping cart. You do not have to enter any personal information to get our shipping rates.
Our Return Policy


Within 10 days of receipt of your shipment, you may request to return any of the following items for a full refund:

  • Any item received with missing parts or components
  • Any item that is defective or damaged

Within 10 days of receipt of your shipment, you may request to return any of the following items for a partial refund (cost-restocking fee of 15%)

  • Any item in new, unused condition with original packaging and accessories. Items that show evidence of use will not be accepted for refund.
  • Any item that is unopened and still in it's original shipping container.

Shipping costs to return products to our location are your responsibility. We will not accept COD shipments.

A Return Authorization (RA) number is required for any return. Please call us at 800-997-9491 to request a RA number. All return items must be securely packed and shipped to the address indicated. Please write the RA number clearly on the outside of the box.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund within 5 business days of our receipt of the product in question. Refunds will be issued in the same form as was accepted for payment.
