What's included with my hitch?
All of our trailer hitches include the hitch, mounting hardware and detailed installation instructions for your vehicle.

Hitch balls, ball mounts/drawbars, and wiring products are sold separately from your hitch.

How fast will my order be processed?
Orders received before noon EST are usually processed the same day and transmitted to our warehouse for shipping. We usually ship the same day, if the product is in stock, or the next day if it is not in stock.

How do you ship?
We normally ship via UPS. Depending on the package weight, we may be able to offer you other shipping options. Please contact us for a expedited shipping quote.
How much is shipping?
One of our pet peeves is shopping on the Internet and having to fill out some long form just to figure out how much shipping is, so we made it simple for you. Just enter an item into your cart, and you'll see a shipping calculator. Enter your zip code, and you will instantly get a shipping cost and total order cost.
Can I get a tracking number for my order?
Sure can! When your order is shipped, you will emailed a UPS tracking number, which you can use at the UPS website to track your package.
